At Thorns & Thread, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

We want you to be confident in what you order, so here’s how everything works:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a printing issue, damage, or it’s not what you ordered, we’ve got you.

What to do:

Email us at info.thornsandthread@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item + printing error/damage

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

***Refunds/replacements are only available up to 30 days after receiving your items!***

No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because each product is made to order:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or design.
Please double-check the material information or size charts on each product page before ordering.

If you’re unsure about fit, reach out — we’re happy to help before you purchase.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders start production quickly:

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
After that, the product is already in production and cannot be altered.

Lost Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office first.
If the package is marked lost by the carrier, contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
Replacement decisions depend on the shipping carrier’s outcome.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:

We are not responsible for lost packages.
If the package is returned to our production partner, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.
